Hello and welcome to Transforming Communication… So what is Transforming Communication?

Transforming Communication is a series of 9 short modules that will improve your communication skills.
Once you’ve completed the course, you’ll be able to:

* build rapport with others quickly
* gain people’s cooperation and trust
* get people to respect your needs and cooperate with you
* influence people while keeping rapport
* create win-win situations
* resolve discipline problems and conflicts without threats or punishments
* increase people’s ability to resolve their own problems and meet their own goals
* create solutions and take action to meet your own goals as well as those of others

So, where would you use these skills?

The skills you’ll learn from Transforming Communication have been effectively used by business organisations, teachers in schools and tertiary institutions, health professionals and helpers. They’ve also been used by parents and families, youth groups and community groups.

Transforming Communication is a new blend of conflict resolution models, solution focused communication and neuro linguistic programming.

These skills have been taught in hundreds of live seminars and also in challenging situations such as Sarajewo, Bosnia-Herzegowina, as well as in Chechnya.
