Welcome back for the second module.
In module 1 you learned how to set a goal so that it is

- Your resources identified
You will hopefully also have identified 4 goals and outcomes you want to achieve in your life, and applied the above model to it.
This module is about creating the state of mind in which communication works. You know yourself that if you feel on top of things, and if you like the person you’re interacting with, you probably use more effective skills when you talk to them. And when you don’t, the fact that you know what you should say doesn’t always help.
